Not sure if it was a joke by you… But it is a news bot. 
That’s not a dev.
You can see from the post count, it always stays at 0 and it has a news tag under the name.

Yeah but I’ve never seen the bot post something old like this in my time here so seeign the bot running made me smile slightly even if it’s posting something old
