Holy cow blizzard, pleases fix it, should be solo random que please fix blizzard, just matched same pre made stack team again.. i alt-f4ed, im so fed up
You suspected your opponents were a 5 stack so you quit? Let your teammates be forced to play out the game with a bot? Not cool.
Try working on pinging and teamwork if youâre getting stomped by groups. Its a disadvantage but not an insurmountable one
its not cool playing against same pre made team again lol, not cool
Then go play a cool game.
Never thought Iâd live to see HailFall actually be a positive contribution to the community.
I guess miracles can happen. Hereâs to ranking as gold this season ![]()
I am not bad at heroes of the storm. Iâve been playing this game since I was in high school (when they added dva⌠So over 9 years). Always room to improve but I think I am an above average player (with melee assassins in particular I always seem to maintain a positive winrate).
If you want to have an competitive experience in any mode you need to leave HOTS.
It must have been a wild guess.
They did the same to overwatch despite likely having a big enough playerbase. It took microsoft buying acti for a few of the nepo-babies to get sent home.
Iâm not for quitting, but itâs very obvious when its a 5man premade.. And you can always verify after the game. Somtimes you see the same premade over and over and over again.
When one side has a perfect comp, and yours is all messed up, itâs a near 100% chance that youâre fighting a premade.
Full 5 man premades should ONLY fight full 5 man premades. If they have to sit in queue for 30 minutes to get a game, too bad.
Itâs not fair that 5 people get to choose their comp and then go against random players. This game is all about counters, and setups. If one side has it and the other is a hodge podge of random classes that donât work together, you get steam rolled.
Itâs honestly B.S that Blizzard allows a full 5 stack to fight solo queues. (everyone knows it)
Yes, it is. Thatâs why Qm is the antithesis of how HotS was âintendedâ to be played.
So the game activity encourages people to make stacks by giving them composition choice before the match, xp and gold boosts, and allows them to break matching rules with the stack.
When the game sets the environment to favor a particular way to play, and the game then âdiesâ, people either realize theyâre handicapping themselves to do otherwise, or theyâre âOld man screaming at a cloudâ meme.
The Simpsons reference is spot on.
People who refuse to team up in QM are kind of fighting windmills at this point.
These two statements donât align with eachother.
If the game encourages 5 stacks, then how would that âbreakâ matching rules if it were intended?
The fact is, blizzard does allow you to group up, but they donât intend (or even suspect) the majority of players will group. They donât really have a good answer for a full 5 stack, which is why they âbreakâ match making rules when one is in queue.
This means that Blizzard does NOT encourage people to be in a 5 man group because they know most players donât.
The way Blizzard could fix the 5 man premade issue, is to simply force full 5 mans to ONLY fight other 5 man premades.
Being able to slect your comp is too great an advantage in (Quick Match).
But they do!
They give more XP for being in a party. The more players, the bigger the bonus. There has always been a goal of getting people into groups in this game. They even have ways to broadcast that youâre looking for a party built into the game.
we have been talking about this for years, nothing happens so how are blizzard going to listen?
The game/devs donât/didnât want rigid compositions.
QM rules are why the âmulticlassâ experiment failed, and why select heroes have histories of having qm-matching rules that donât align with the label of the character.
Not always but most of the time it is .
Pretty Fâin ridiculous go against GMâs and gold and plat in 5 stacks⌠cowards
Iâve been getting a lot of 4 and 5 stacks. Just had one recently. Nuking my QM rating, because they queue as 5 and have a near 85% win-rate in QM with nearly 1500 games played.
This kind of stuff isnât fun for the opposing team. Canât their be some kind of âaura buffâ for the team facing the pre-mades? Like +3% to 5% buff to HP, damage and healing per player above 3?
i.e., 3% to 5% at 3 players, 6% to 9% at 4 players and 9% to 12% at 5 players.
Why not?
