Me and another friend both seemed to have cases where firing the chain off of the icicle failed in the current patch of the PTR. We could hit the icicle with the initial chain shot and with the secondary chain shot from another hero, but it had a persistent habit of refusing to fire the secondary shot from the icicle, even in cases where we were clearly close to the icicle and there was no crowd control to interrupt it.
This has already been reported.
Also, as this is a PTR issue you can move your thread to the PTR Bug Report forum by editing your thread topic
First of all wrong sub forum, PTR bug reports should be in #ptr-bug-report sub forum, second of all there’s a thread of that topic already open.
