This has to be a bug, right? It’s not really a queue with a 5 hour wait time?

Unranked Draft is a very unpopular game mode. I’ve sometimes queued for hours and never found a match, neither in solo queue nor as a premade party of three (3) people.
Quick Match on the other hand usually gives a match within 5-10 minutes at the latest, unless it’s very early morning (or a party of 5 players).
It also depends on the server you’re playing on. For example if your server is Australia, even Storm League is known to have queues of 60+ minutes.
The Ranked queue rarely exceeds 10-15 minutes on EU/USA.
The game just doesn’t have a huge number of players at the moment.
