Ysera, Emerald Aspect bug

I do not have a Ysera, Emerald Aspect card in my collection. I found out you get it when you purchase/open an Emerald Dream Pack. I purchased two Emerald Dream packs and received some cards prior to opening but Ysera wasn’t one of them. This appears to be bugged.

A ticket has been created and would like any assistance.

Did you visit the pack opening screen after buying the packs? Just owning the packs is not enough.

“prior to opening” sounds like you did open them, but I wanted to make sure.
