Will not launch from BattleNet

I am on PC and when I press the play button on BattleNet the button goes from Launching to Playing Now back to Play with Hearthstone never launching. I have tried restartinf my PC, reinstall Hearthstone, and using an external hard drive for more space on the PC. The region is Americas and Version 23.6.0.142295.

Hey there,

This sounds like Hearthstone is crashing on launch but we’ll need more info to try and figure out why. I would recommend to go through the Hearthstone Lockups and Crash Errors troubleshooting if you haven’t already.

If it persists feel free to post your DXDIAG file and we can take a look.

DXDIAG

1. Press Windows Key + R.
2. In the Run window type dxdiag and press Enter.
3. In the DirectX window, click Save All Information.
4. Name the file “dxdiag” and save it to your Desktop. Open the new dxdiag file with Notepad.
5. In the posting section hit the </> button for “Preformatted text” then paste (Ctrl+V) the DXDIAG contents. That’ll make the information much more readable.
