I logged on Hearthstone today and my entire collection is gone. And I was brought into tutorial. As if I had started an entirely new account or something. What the hell? Don’t tell me all the cards I’ve collected for 10+ years is just gone? Why is my account resetted?
Looks like you logged into the wrong region. If you log into a region you never used before then you are basically starting a new game.
If you are on PC then the region selection is next to the blue start button.
I checked. I’m in the correct region
