I also still have a completely blank quest page. The fix hasn’t done anything for me. Like I said before, I think returning players are experiencing a different bug that Blizzard just doesn’t seem to be aware of despite my efforts to put it out there.
it’s not like they read tickets either, I swear it seems like bots are scanning them and copy pasting some bs answer, signed by an imaginary mod name or something.
I’m on my 3rd ticket now, and I’ve been very verbose with them.

I understand you were looking to report a bug about quests and achievements in Hearthstone after the most recent patch. I am sorry for any trouble this particular bug may have caused you. For Hearthstone game bugs like this one, you’ll want to report it on the game’s official bug report forum. For this Bug report, I’m submitting one from my side, but be sure to make a bug report on the forums so we can double attack this issue so Dev can see the issue from both our perspectives. It’ll help be more effective too!
For any future bugs you may run across, we’ve made a change to how you can report this.just head over to the game’s official Bug Report forum and make a post there, detailing what issues you’re running into, as well as any steps that you’ve taken yourself to help correct the issue. https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/hearthstone/c/bug-report
Once you have your report entered, just hit the Submit button and the post will be added to the forum online. This will not generate a ticket on your screen. Also, our QA team will not contact you about the issue , but rest assured they will be reviewing your report and working to get that bug corrected.
This and other information helps them with reproducing the bug. When myself or another GM submits a bug on a player’s behalf, that additional information is not available. So when players submit them directly, it definitely gives them more to work with.

my quest log is still as blank as ever not one daily or weekly since coming back to the game
So today I logged in with no problems at all. My daily showed up and my weekly was fine as I completed them yesterday. Plus I noticed my exp bar was at level 27 (were I was yesterday) with 6900/3200 exp completed (were yesterday it was around 900/3200) with me not being able to receive the reward of the level. I played a match and it instantly went to the next level and I was able to receive my rewards from the track. I suspect they compensate with 6k exp as I only missed previous week’s weekly quests. I had made a ticket a week ago and I answered them back that I want compensation. I quess it worked.
I have the same issue.
In EU it’s not time yet for the new quest, this patch was deployed AFTER the time of the quest in EU, but today you should receive in 4 hours 45 minutes after posting this
I believe the hotfix will make sure that next week everyone gets the quests. However I am under the impression that getting the weekly quests for this week was never an option , hence the 6600 xp they are giving. I would prefer the quests but this has to do.
They still didn’t mention this happening to returning players, I still have empty borders on my quest log.
I believe they still aren’t aware, and this still hasn’t been fixed for returning players.
we pushed out a new (and hopefully final) wave of compensation to anyone who has missed weekly quests up to this point.to clarify, the full XP amount we’re giving is 6600 XP: 6000 XP for the weekly quests and an additional 600 (10%). I have received nothing and still have no quests at all
same here I still have a blank quest tab and no new quests popup but as for me the server dose not seem to mater
Funny how they are quick to respond to foul language, but acknowledging of some bugs can take weeks, it’s not like people aren’t reporting it.
thats probably because the ones who deal with bugs are human
thanks for the fix of the small things how about fixing the most important thing XP gain? cuz right now it’s a crawl? U wouldn’t know how to fix that right? (hint GIVE MORE EXP)
I’m still having issues with my weekly quest. I can only see daily quest. I’ve missed a week of weekly quest.
So what you’re saying is you could fix all the xp in a patch for the past two weeks but its staying as terrible as it is. Ok thanks bye.
So I received the exp, but the reward track isn’t advancing. It says I’m at level 23 with 7356/3100 exp. Won’t let me claim the reward, just says “requires level 23”
neither missions nor experience here !!
The next day, same issues. No daily, no weekly quests.
I do not want compensation for 2 weeks of bug, just give me please quests back.
EU server, on other accounts everything is fine.
Recieved no exp , and still no weekly or daily quests recieved. Asia region.
