I consider this game f2p but very punishing and unplayable for free by those who make poor crafting choices.
If you don’t have all the pieces for a tier S meta deck, be careful to judge which pieces are irreplaceable, usable on other decks, and how much dust you are willing to lose on specialized cards if some other part of the deck is nerfed.
My personal opinion, none of those cards are throw away cards now that Luna’s and cc have been nerfed.
“If you give me ~$200 worth of dust then MAYBE I’ll consider purchasing $20 of product”.
Seriously, how entitled can you get?
Given how long you’ve been ranting how you were “scammed” compared to the timing of the announcement of the Deluxe Bundle, I sincerely doubt the thought of investing ever crossed your mind.
For the tenth time, you WEREN’T scammed. You made a poor investment and got punished for it. Blizzard isn’t going to entertain your dream of a 20k dust refund.
Not only are these cards still playable, Islandcat hit #10 Legend with most of them just a week ago.
Why do they all need to be refunded?
Because they were made by a bunch of salty people who are not only outright wrong about the playability of the cards, but are only making such absurd claims out of angry saltiness.
It was widely predicted that CC would get a nerf, and yet despite this many people STILL crafted these cards. I wonder why? It couldn’t be that these cards are playable outside of Highlander, could it be?
I can guarantee you they would lose far, FAR more by issuing full refunds for every deck affected by nerfs for the rest of time.
They were downvoted and deleted because they were ludicrous in nature and completely self-entitled. Not much else to it.
That’s how the nerfing schedule ALWAYS works, unless emergency action is required. No rug-pulling here.
Quest Druid is Tier 2, not nearly as polarizing/dominant/high-rolly as Highlander MAge was. You simply have no concept of how nerfs operate and act blindsided when they impact you.
It’s not only just those people. R5-L the past 3 days Highlander Mage is tier 2 and only ~1.8% behind the better Quest Druid archetype (token-minion) that he, himself, thinks is a top-flight deck.
HSR, only data list out atm, has it Tier 2 (52% WR) over the past 3 days at r5-L. It isn’t that dominant and the Malygod version (which I prefer to play) is even worse.
Dude you are still going on about this? You made the insanely stupid decision to craft a ridiculously expensive deck that everyone was calling nerfs on for 2 of its key cards. You have no one to blame but yourself. Get over it and move on Jesus Christ.
