Yep I have the same bug, it’s kind of unbelievable that this signature has so many issues - not only does it not show the proper signature art, BUT as soon as you play it, it becomes golden…
I’m really hoping this is just because they had to get the expansion out the door, and they just weren’t able to get the proper art for this card in time, and that they will add the signature variants in time. It has been quite a while though, and no word from Blizzard about this….. Honestly thoroughly disappointing (unless of course this gets fixed, in that case good job Blizzard and thank you! 
).

The Signature version of the Shaman weapon card “Tiny Pal” is a hot mess…… It is currently bugged where it shows the normal art zoomed in instead of the actual Signature art (which does exist!)…
The funny thing is, this issue is almost inconsequential, because as soon as this card is played, IT BECOMES GOLDEN! It is literally the battlecry of the card to transform into an elemental variant of itself - and there’s no signature versions for that! So the time in which you get to show off the signature is around 2 seconds - the time between the card being played, and the time you choose which elemental version to transform into.
Clearly Blizzard has both the ability and willingness to add in proper variants for signatures, just like they did with each of the Un’goro Quests (both the quests themselves AND the rewards from completing the quest are golden - e.g. Master Dusk, Ashalon, The Origin Stone, Shokk etc.) and just like how the Diamond/Signature Fabled cards have EVERY SINGLE PART be signature! Like Broxigar is just 1 card, which is obtainable only from packs, and Blizz made 6 (!!!) variants all signature just for that one card (if you’re curious, those 6 cards are: Broxigar himself, Axe of Cenarius, and portals to Argus 1 through 4). Same thing for Garona, and of course the creme de la creme of beautiful signatures - Signature Timethief Rafaam (my beloved). Same goes for Colossal Signatures - their soldiers and appendages all have signature variants.
If Blizzard can clearly dedicate effort to these signatures, what the heck has gone wrong with Signature Tiny Pal!?!? I really am hoping that this gets resolved, as this is the most obscene show of low-effort I’ve yet encountered regarding Signature art.
Pls fix Blizz! This just leaves a bad taste in my mouth… <3

I’m sorry to dissapoint you, but the signature art was present until they released 36.2.2
