Very High CPU Usage with patch 14.4.0.31268

Just installed the new patch on a Macbook pro 2017 runnin Mojave and now the game becomes unplayable as it uses full CPU.

The laptop was so hot after 5 minutes playing the game that I had to stop before burning myself. Laptop cooled down immediately.

Same here; got a MacBook Air 2018 and the CPU runs ar 100% all the time. Laptop gets so hot you need to shut down Hearthstone. Please Blizzard, what is wrong with your software?
