Urgent: Unplayable Since Update

I’m honestly getting extremely frustrated at this point. Since the latest update, I haven’t been able to start a single match. The store is stuck showing as “closed,” and while I can still click on the buttons on the battlegrounds screen, none of them actually do anything. The game feels completely broken.

The only way I’m able to play at all is if a friend invites me. When I accept, it tells me I need to leave my current party, even though I’m clearly not in one, but somehow still lets me join and play. This has been going on for three days straight now, and it’s happening on both mobile and PC, but only in the NA region.

I’m really disappointed that this issue is still unresolved. Please help me fix this as soon as possible. I just want to be able to play the game again.

Same and what makes it worse is that Blizzard has not said a word other than we see a problem like 30 hours ago… cool.

opened a ticket and it said to type here to notify the team, seems like everyone is. So now what? Just wait another week or?

Same issue is happening here but on EU. I can queue on americas but EU is no shop or battlegrounds queues. Fix your game please

you should consider yourself lucky if hearthstone is not playable, you will have more time for yourself and more money if you are among the crazy ones who send money to blizzard. Know that blizzard wants only two things from you, money first (and it does everything to get it by manipulating everything in the game) and if you really don’t want to give it to them they will steal your time the most precious thing you have. So consider yourself lucky!
