Unnable to download the new patch

My Phone has 32 gb of memory, and I am ussing 27 of it, even so the patch that released today is not downloading, what do I do? Because I dont think this patch is that big to require a lot of memory

I’m sorry if I am being dumb, but I really want to solve this, or at least have an answer
