[Arena - Rewards] We’re investigating reports concerning the Arena rewards that weren’t delivered to some players. [UPDATE] Not a bug - if a run was in progress while the reward system changed, the rewards provided will be based on the system that was in place when the run was started. We’ve also seen reports of Golden Packs not being delivered in some 12-wins runs; the cases reviewed didn’t highlight any inconsistencies - the first run grants the Spectral Ner’zhul Hearthstone Hero Skin, while the subsequent 12-wins run grant Golden Packs.
