Unable to play on my iPad or iPhone

Things are fine on my Hackintosh.

I changed my password on my Blizzard account: when I went to log back in on my iPad I was unable to get past the tavern door screen.

I uninstalled and re-installed and rebooted my iPad.

Now the app will ask if I am a new or returning player. If I say new, it will let me play Jaina. If I say returning, it goes back to the tavern doors…and that’s that. It goes no further.

99% of my games are on my Ipad. I just paid for the expansion.

I’m not sure what else to do: it’s an iPad pro, running iOS 14.1. Again, I deleted the app, rebooted my iPad, reinstalled…and nothing. Ditto with my iPhone.

What gives???
