Hello,
I’m currently experiencing an issue with Hearthstone when trying to claim one of the free decks given to players. Whenever I click on one of the decks and then press Confirm, nothing happens. The screen doesn’t change, and I can’t close or exit the selection window.
This issue has been happening since yesterday, and I’m completely unable to play because I can’t get past this screen. I’ve tried restarting the game and my PC, but the problem persists.
I’ve attached a screenshot showing the moment when the issue occurs.
Could you please help me fix this so I can claim my deck and start playing again?
