On mobile I only see the 20 packs and 2 legendaries for 19.99 but on pc I only see the 35 packs and 2 legendaries for 29.99…?

I was interested in the deal of 20 packs plus 2 legendaries for $19.99, but not the 35 packs plus 2 legendaries for $29.99.
Unfortunately, on the mobile, it was offering me the 35 pack deal, and I do not currently own a working PC, but your comment, led me to look at the online store (where I make all my Hearthstone purchases, anyways, since I keep app purchases turned off on my phone), and the online store had the 20 pack deal.
