I’m right now in a run in which I picked the Pandaren guy that doubles spells and got the Gnomebliterator.
As my penultimate enemy I’m facing Old Toomba, and to maximize the effect of the Gnomebliterator I’m keeping it in hand until I draw the Pandaren. For a couple of turns now it is the only card in my hand, and Toomba keeps stealing it and nukes my little chums away.
I’m perfectly fine with this, but it raises a question:
Will Toomba’s Gnomebliterators also damage the Plague Lord?
Edit: Okay, it just happened. The Plague Lord was hit for 162 damage. That definitely includes Toomba’s casts. Nice fellow, that old troll.
In case anyone wants to recreate this, I had a Rhonin taunted up with the heaing treasure. Toomba didn’t want to kill it, probably because of the death rattle. So he didn’t attack into it until he got the Murloc that draws from dying Murlocs. He used everything at his disposal, including the Gnomebliterators only on my other minions. This way I could let it go on for quite a while.
