for comparison: faceless manipulator is 5 mana for a copy effect, Echo effects usually adds 1 mana to the cost ot balance the Echo effect. you want to reduce the mana cost by 3 AND give it Echo. 1/1 doesnt really matter as copy effects rarely are used for stats (outside of leeroy), but instead of deathrattles, spell power etc.
