Inside the play store is closed. I haven’t been able to go to the store for 2 weeks now. There is no solution on the forums. Reinstalled the game several times, changed the account password. Nothing helps. I don’t know where to turn. 
Have you tried logging in and out of battlenet maybe that helps.
Yes, I tried. Does not help.
Have you tried sending a ticket from the battlenet client to blizzard and lastly have you searched on forums and on the internet if somone else has encountered a similar problem and how it was resolved i will look too and will replay once i find anything ok

On this page click on technical then you will click on contact support and you can send a ticket to blizzard techincal support

This is how i got the page in case you were wondering.
Ok go to the battlenet client, this is the application that you can lauch the blizzard games from.
Just search for battlenet in pc searchbar then open.
From there you see an arrow to left of games
Click on the arrow then scroll down to get help and click on it.
This will take you to the blizzard support page that i have linked for you.
