The game was unable to log in through the Blizzard services on iOS. I can’t play

I touch to log on and it says game unable to log you in. It says wait a few minutes and try again. Why does it keep doing this.

I am having a similar issue! Blizzard, please help!

Specifically, I have a new device and I go to log into my account on this new device. It takes a couple attempts to log in (I log in and then it clears my password without an error message). Then, it takes me to a message that reads, “Closed. The game was unable to log you in through Blizzard Services. Please wait a few minutes and try again.” This is the second time this has happened. I was unable to resolve this with Blizzard Support in the past. I had to make a new account and restart. I want to save others from losing their progress like I have (and save my current progress).
