The effects will not happen

I played skull of guldan and the effect didnt happen also i wasnt playing with fragments.It happened again with aldor attendant

  1. any cast when drawn card will have the same effect, it’s not just Soul Fragments (warrior bombs being the next common culprit).

  2. at least show that you properly activated the Outcast ability.
