Im stuck at launch screen doors on MacOS Sierra 2017. Already tried all steps, even re-install agent and game.
First time with this problem.
I have this issue for last 3 days. Already tried with Blizzard Support in my country.

Are you able to test on a different device to see if its limited to the Mac? Maybe a mobile phone if you’re able to install the app? If you are able to test on a mobile device and experience the same issue, try switching to data and see if we run into the same problem.
I tried it with a Huaweii P10 and a Acer laptop and i can play without problems.
Its only with Mac Air and since a few days.

Looks like you have HSTracker installed. Let’s try temporarily uninstalling that. You may also need to reinstall the game if that fails. If it works, you can try reinstalling HSTracker and contact the development team if it starts giving you trouble again after reinstalling.

Im just uninstall HSTracker and reinstall the game… and still persists the same problem
