I had completed just about everything on the solo adventure Tombs of Terror.
Yesterday I upgraded my Windows 7 for Windows 10 and now the adventure is reset as if I never did them?
Was my progress saved locally? or did you do some changes that just happend to coinside with my update 
Are you sure you logged into the right account and in the right region? Card collections and adventure progress is unique to the region. Reinstalling Windows and Hearthstone is a good way to make a mistake and select the wrong region (it is in the Battle dot net app, before you click “play” in the Hearthstone page).
