This problem is known, but not removed.
There was a patch long ago (maybe a year ago) after wich there was the text on every card missing when playing in English.
The workaround was to select American English instead of British English.
However since there is no differentiation between British Or American English on I-Pad I have to select another language. I would rather play in English so please fix that.
