I saw a posting quite a while ago that others had the same issue. I’ve seen nothing on a fix or resolution. I currently am owed 2 hero skins for 400 levels attained on reward track. Any knowledge or assistance would be appreciated.
Have you clicked on the relevant achievement? You don’t get them automatically, you get them via the achievement.

Thank you for replying. There is no achievement that I can find for this portrait. It is for every 200 levels on the tavern track… Usually when you attain 200 levels it just pops up offering you a choice. It’s not like the 1000 win portrait. If there’s something I’m missing please point it out.
You can always send a ticket to blizzard support too from the client.
But try and go to achievements maybe it works.
Achievements > Progression > Tavern Regular: Gain x00 total levels on Expansion Reward Tracks.

Ty very much I see now where it is. I will see if it’s accumulating levels. Don’t recall getting one this expac. Maybe it’s stuck lol. Again ty for your time.
