Still Due Runestone Compensation due to Bundle Error

I saw an announcement stating that folks that purchased both Into the Emerald Dream bundles would be getting a Runestone compensation due to an error with some signature cards. I noticed that my account has yet to receive that compensation. After confirming with a Blizzard Community Manager, I was folks should’ve been compensated already, but my account has yet to receive the Runestones. Could this please be looked into? I opened a Support ticket on this, and I was asked to post something here instead.

I did purchase both bundles before the change.

Yeah good luck, ive yet to receive compensation for an issue 9 months ago that I had on my NA account.
