I think something is wrong with your community management division or something. It looks like you let Hat’s contract lapse and communication has been absolute garbage since the decision was made public earlier this week.
I don’t actually have a problem. Just wanted to bring to your attention how Rediculous the whole community manager contract situation is from the outside looking in.
I also acknowledge that it’s a two way street and we don’t know all of the details. Regardless the comms situation sucks. The pet situation as well but I personally feel that this is worse because we can’t get RediculousHats in the store in 3 months.
