Since when do you need to win 1000 ranked matches?

Ummm am I just imagining things or didn’t the golden hero portrait used to be obtainable by winning 500 matches?

So now they’ve made it 1000? So when I’m at 950 wins they’ll make it 2000?

It still is, for instance, you get a golden Jaina Proudmoore (mage) at 500 wins, and get a golden alternative Fire Mage Jaina at 1000 wins.
