Honestly, would say anyone that has all the signatures from the Across the Timeways’ expansion, that came from packs, should get a free Murozond signature. Should be easy for Blizzard to look in their database for that info.

Hi also affected by this, bought the Bundle and got a duplicate Signature instead of Murozond. Is there any plan to compensate people who bought bundles or packs trying to get him? Seems like people effected should be given Murozond. Hopefully we’ll hear from them soon on what their plan is for this.
Same thing happened here. Ended up with a duplicate Maluk sig instead of the Murazond I expected. A simple apology isn’t good enough here. We spent resources (real money in my case) chasing a card we thought we could get when we couldn’t. You are messing with whales here boizzard, make this right.
I had the same problem as those others users. As nother stated, an apologies isn’t enough. The bug in the text made us spend real money. I expect to either get this murzond or to be reimbursed.

I’m confused as to why you guys closed my ticket without a resolution to the issue?
I just got a new bundle in the shop to complete my signatures just to get a dup 
i have only just become aware of this issue. i opened a support ticket. a bot replied to me telling me about rerolling card. a nonsensical response. but are we really at this point???
In some bundles, the “random” legendary cards aren’t exactly random – they are pulled from a small handpicked list of good/useful legendaries.
This is good for players with few cards because they are guaranteed to get a “good” legendary card, but could be bad for players with lots of cards because they might be more likely to get duplicates.
What are we doing here? It’s been over a week since this post and no updates? We have been EXTREMELY patient so far, but this is getting to be a bit much.

I did the same collection dance to pull this off and spent about $40 on packs just to also receive a duplicate. I also spent in game gold before realizing this bug existed. I feel scammed out of my money now AND the in-game gold I’ve been saving that now feels wasted on this.
Between that and the sole focus on Darkmoon Treasures, it really seems not worth it to spend on this game anymore. Every little thing is about extracting extra money out of us without any care for what their players actually desire to purchase.

On Friday, December 19, we’ll be rolling out a heal-up that adds the Signature version of the Murozond, Unbounded card to the collections of thousands of eligible players.
We know the incorrect info in the Collection caused confusion, and we’ve worked hard to make this right, therefore the Signature card will be granted to all players that obtained, before the fix date December 2:
- 180 regular Across the Timeways Packs obtained through purchases (including Gold), giveaway pre-purchase bundles’ codes, or purchased pre-purchase bundles
OR
- 20+ Golden Packs obtained through purchases (including Gold), giveaway pre-purchase bundles’ codes, or purchased pre-purchase bundles
If you meet these criteria, Signature Murozond, Unbounded will appear in your collection once the heal-up is complete.

I bought the pre purchase bundle (80+10) and November’s legendary bundle (15 golden standard packs) but I didn’t see Murozond signature added. Does it have to be golden across the time packs or also apply to golden standard packs?

why 180?
I’ve opened 200 regular packs and 13 golden chasing the signatures for this set. This is the most packs I’ve opened of any set since Castle Nathria. I have not received Murozond and I believe this to be in error if the comp has been completed

Can you confirm whether the rollout is complete, pr if there’s an issue with eligible accounts?

Its almost end of January and I still haven’t received signature Murozond despite having opened 27 golden packs before the date awhile back.
I found out I didnt receive it during the heal up the hard way since I opened a golden Murozond recently, much to my confusion.
Been in contact with support since December, but they finally sent me here after no sign of it. With this thread being cold I’m not sure how much hope I have for restoring my missing card, but still holding out.
