I been purchased over 100 gold packs and got all the SIGNATURE CARD, except Murozond, Unbounded from the packs. i had over 10+ repeated SIGNATURE CARD, but Murozond. Is this a bug Or what?

I’m having the same issue, I have all 10 other packable signatures and received a duplicate Broxigar without getting Murozond.

Same thing here. Mabye they have wrong text under it, and u can get it from shop later or from gamba etc. Because i doubt that the duplicate protection would be bugged only with one signature card. But hey anything is possible with small indie company

Having the same issue, was getting 2-3 other copies of signatures and still no Murozond signature.

Same here. I’ve got duplicates of two other signature cards but still don’t have Murozond, Unbounded. Sadly this card was the only reason that I bought bundles and yet it’s seemingly unobtainable. I feel scammed lol.

There is indeed a bug here, and as BusterXs called it, it is the text on how to obtain it that is inaccurate and the text will be updated in a future patch.

Hi, before purchasing the Golden Bundle I owned at least 1 copy of every “openable” signature EXCEPT Murozond. Because of duplicate protection this should have guaranteed I would be given Murozond after purchasing the bundle. In fact, this is the entire reason I purchased the Golden Bundle… Now that it’s been stated after the fact that Murozond can’t be obtained from card packs, am I able to be refunded for my purchase? Or have my duplicate signature replaced with Murozond? Again this was the only reason I purchased the bundle and given the wording (which we now know is wrong) I should’ve been guaranteed to be granted the card

I also know there are many others who expected to get this card and (like me) kept buying packs and Bundles with the expectation of being able to unlocking it… I’ve seen multiple posts this morning about people spending hundreds of dollars trying to open this one card and receiving duplicate after duplicate! I hope this is made right

Same issue for me. I opened many packs, got several duplicates but I am still missing Murazond the infinite and maybe other signature cards. It is so expensive to buy gold packs so buying more isn’t an option. Help!

once you got your first duplicate signature, thats when you stop
thinking you can force it to happen after that is on you, you wasted your money/gold

Unfortunately I got my first duplicate signature after spending $40… that’s not on me that’s on Blizzard
I feel like thats often when you do stop, but still many people bought packs under false pretences not knowing this was the case (even before Tyrskorn’s post) thats where the problem lies. Honestly this is an extremely poor resolution but not the first time we’ve had that now is it…

This is unacceptable. The affected people should be either granted Murozond, or have their money refunded.
Signatures are way too expensive for this tooltip mistake to be swept under the rug.

Anyone who bought a specific bundle?
Anyone who bought packs of the new expansion?
Anyone who bought golden packs of the new expansion?

Technically all players were affected by this at launch. But if you wanted to narrow it down, you would have to investigate who was granted a duplicate Legendary instead of Murozond… At this point I feel it should be given to players for free as an apology. More on this discussion found here
