The shop in hearthstone has been closed for a month for me. I’ve tried everything i could find and nothing has worked. Don’t know what to do.

Sorry to hear you’re encountering that message… I looked at your account details but I do not see any shop lock internally (which can happen if a store purchase doesn’t pass verification or gets interrupted in other ways). So you should be able to get into it.
What platform do you play on? If you’re on mobile, have you tried logging in on a PC/Mac client instead? This may refresh your account details, including shop status.
You can also try refreshing your account details by resetting your password:
If you are on mobile, available troubleshooting will also depend on which platform (iOS or Android).
