Ive tried EVERYTHING suggested by "support " bots multiple times to get access to the shop and this is NOT a jailbroken device or a new blizzard account. I can and DO access the shops in every other game i play and im so frustrated with the amount of time and energy ive put into just being able to access the shop - let alone getting ahold of an actual person in "support " to actually help me. Every time i send a new ticket or response to thos "support " i get nothing but copy and pasted responses that ive already been told before. What do i do?? Im so beyond frustrated!! Ive supprted blizzard games my entire life and its disgusting that someone like myself (a 25yr long blizzard gamer) would not even be able to have one person from support (if there are any) reach out to me with a solution. Are you guys that powerless to make your own shop work? Im honestly asking

Hello, im in Europe and the shop is not available on ipad 2021 … everything is updated and new installed … so please, if you want to get my money, so let me do and make the ingame shopping possible … greetings
