Are you not ashamed? Millions in revenue are clearly not enough for you.
You claim that the chance for 1000 gold depends on wins: 5% for 6 wins and 6% for 7 wins. Yet, in the last year, I have seen the 1000 gold reward only 2 or 3 times. This is not 5%. This is the biggest lie you have told.
Not everyone is a professional player who can pull 7 wins every time. And what is the reward for trying? With 5 wins, the reward is so pathetic that I cannot afford to play Arena again until next week—unless I pay up. You have created a system where even a decent run leaves you starving for gold.
Wouldn’t it be nice to finally reward your oldest, most loyal Hearthstone lovers instead of punishing them? Stop forcing players to pay. Fix the drop rates (5-6% is a scam) and fix the quest rewards immediately.
