Battle.net says Rise of the Zombeast is available. But when I go to my Tavern brawl I still have Brawliseum. If this isn’t a bug, blizzard you should advertise it until tomorrow when the tavern brawls reset.

are you playing on mobile device? and if so, have you updated to latest version?
Were you perhaps still in an active run when the Brawliseum ended? If so, then I suspect it works the same as in Arena when old runs are force-stopped because the rules change. You’ll need to click somewhere in the screen to collect your prizes; after that the run is ended and you can start a new brawl (which should indeed be the Zombeasts).
