Reused bosses in dalaran streets?

I’m just wondering if the bosses are supposed to be reused or is it just a bug from my side.

No. If Blizzard had 16 months (not the measly 8 you’re asking for) to actually offer up new bosses and content, then maybe your spoiled butt would be satisfied. BUT NO, after 8 months for a CARD GAME, YOU wanted new content. PFFFFFFT!

so… no? as in all wings are supposed to have different bosses?

Many of the bosses are shared across the chapters, but each chapter has some unique bosses available for each tier of bosses (except the first, maybe). The 8th boss is always going to be specific to the chapter.

Thanks for clarifying, I was just confused because I thought some of them belonged in the dalaran prison but somehow appeared in the streets phase
