Hey i was wondering if the free 150 packs perk for new/returning player was random or all should get it immediately or eventually. Seems like a nice bonus that i dont wanna miss out on if possible.

I did not get them, played last in Okt 2021 and before that in 2016.
My last expansion is the mechs, so this are many years, but Blizzard felt it wasn´t long enough to welcome me back with packs.
