This evening I was able to log into the game without any issues. However, as soon as I start a match, the game disconnects after just 2 or 3 turns, and I’m unable to reconnect. The only workaround is to completely close and restart the application, which is quite frustrating because after another 2 or 3 turns, the same issue happens again.
I have already checked my internet connection, and there do not appear to be any connectivity problems on my end.
One additional detail that may be relevant: whenever the disconnection occurs, the message “NetCacheGoldBalance=0” appears in the top-right corner of the screen.
Is there anything I can do to resolve this issue?
