Recurring 3GB Download Loop - iPhone

  1. Always prompts me to download the 3118MB update every time I reopen the App with Mobile Data on the latest iPhone 15 - currently unplayable and urgently needs a fix for iOS users. Once downloaded I can only play on Wi-Fi. When closing the app and opening Hearthstone with mobile data on cellular, the required update suddenly shows again.

  2. The In-App Chat is also not working. Simply displays the keyboard to type but no text or chat fields. Have to restart every time then because the keyboard cannot be minimized.

At the moment it’s a common bug, people keep writing about it in different platforms (in addition to blizz forums). We’re yet to see a response… Not that I expect a prompt response and a high dedicated team from Blizzard anymore anyways after decades of sad experiences.

Sorry, not sure which support platform to opt for. Isn’t that gameplay related? Since I cannot play the game because of the bug that happens when I open the app, in the game…
