I have had a brief back and forth with ClayByte, the Hearthstone Software Engineer who is responsible for initiating the most recent fix. He let me know that they are aware of the two remaining bugged lorebooks and they will be fixing them as well. Hang in there, folks!

Great news, ClayByte said that Ambassador Program and Laws of the Queen will be fixed in Patch 27.4!

Um… I know that y’all told how to find 34 / 40 lore books - but is it possible to also detail out what the text of the 34 / 40 lore books is (as some of us are not as skilled as you all to achieve this great feat).

Yes both Ambassador program and laws of the queen are available now. I’m 41/40 , I do not realize after such a long time and hours of playing this quest

Who drops it / how to drop it? Tried now it does not work.

Get to 5 mana before starting, then start your encounter … it drops right away. (For you might be different.) Confirmed! Works.

Is there a currently working strategy for “Defeat Ozumat with seven enemy minions killed in the same turn.”? I can’t seem to get lucky enough.

Yes, As of 3 Dec 2023, i just achieved the Achievement “Efficient Octo Sought”.
I used Grace with lifesteal and after a few tries, i line up the hp correctly and finish it with spammy arcanist.
I finally got around to earning 40/40!! I’m going through Halus again to get 41. I can confirm that these lorebooks where we previously said a particular minion has to be the first one you kill, it’s apparently no longer true. I got Ancient Scroll and then First Mate’s Log from Pip, I got Hooktusk’s Journal and then Notes from the Crow’s Nest from Shady Parrot, and I got Halus’s Journal from a lowly Piranha Swarmer, after having already clicked on Caye’s Log.

Shoutout to the homies in this thread who kept the dream alive until they patched the bugged books! I’m currently 39/40 and mere moments away from getting to 40. Y’all are the real MVPs!

TBH people working on completing these achievements sound a bit sadistic to me as well. Kind of like Catholic self flagellation or something.
