For some Reason after opening the “Chest” with the Rewards that I get for playing ranked, the Packs and Cards didn’t show up in my Account. Would like if anybody can help because I kind of need them

Have this problem also, diamond 10, the rewards packs aren’t there.
same as me… I dont receive ranked reward too
