Is there a reason why blizzard doesn’t care about racist/toxic players? On psn, when i report someone, for example, he gets banned within a few minutes. On bnet, they just don’t care wtf

Consoles have teams behind this stuff ingame and on forums. Hs does not, it has a flag system; which must be multiflag to be moderated and that’s why trolls are on the loose. Plus moderation is not done correctly. There’s warning moderation, 15 day ban, 30 day ban, perm ban in other places. Some are imm perm bans. Here some flags are unflagged(by a moderator) that should been a ban or even a perm ban thread/post on any other site.

Look for example at this douch…Has 66 posts of the same type “stop being insert random organ here” and “go to theraphy” , he’s literally not being moderated.
And if an imbecil like this still exist on the forums, it means blizzard doesn’t give a cr@p.

You just pointed out the difference: psn and here. The fact that microsoft owns this company and in spite of their lies about “inclusiveness” allow their actiblizz moderators here and clearly in game to not only ignore racist/hate speech names, but to ignore racist and hate speech posts, in addition to all manner of coc violating posts.
In game: the long and the short is it’s clear sony and psn care about enforcing their rules, and microsoft/actiblizz don’t. If they did, they would actually have implemented in game reporting ages ago, and made reporting a less burdensome process. And, actually done something when those racist abuses are reported.
It’s a similar story on the forums: everything from trolling to outright hate speech is ignored, so long as it’s done by a certain subset of posters. The difference is, in many cases the people who violate coc and make these kinds of posts get a free pass because they are making their coc violating posts in support of the company.
It’s clear one company doesn’t pay lip service their coc/tos, and another does…and it’s clear it isn’t the one that owns and runs these forums and games.
How do you know they’re getting banned in a few minutes? Did they send you a message stating that other player’s banned status?
Did you engage in inappropriate behavior in both platforms to test their response?
I love the deflection, blame, and outright accusation at the person asking why actiblizz/microsoft isn’t doing more to combat hate/speech/racism.
This is the conduct you condone on your platform, mods, team 5, actiblizz, and microsoft! In addition to ignoring all the coc violating behavior and outright hate speech.

I did, the bans are automated, like some hours to some days…
I don’t know if you ever see anything in the game related to this , like a low prio queu, or a toxic player queu… But seems that on the forum you get banned on a flagging system, so technically no one really checks the posts to ban people on a logical time frame :).
In the game ( battle net you don’t get banned but above might be applicable) there is no restrictions.
And yes I tested both battle net (most of my hate targets have texted me that they have reported me and bla bla bla bla, and nothing happened) and on forums ( here is the flagging system , were I would usually get banned for 1-2 days, most I went out was a month, when I made hatefully comments against blizzard)…Now I can do whatever I want to bypass this as long as I do not hit that flag to get banned on forums. Seems easy.
If you want further testing details I can show you my posting history and the ban history and how it went on forums. But in the game there is nothing like a ban ( things I cannot test are getting in a toxic player queue but I cannot put my finger on)

Things made obvious by reading my post.
Note this is done frequently by those defending the company. Don’t believe me, read threads past, present and future and you will see this “question” nonsensically happen so often you could set a watch to it.
The overly offended insinuation and “HOW DARE YOU” also, right on cue. Quote where I said that.
That’s a trap, and if people were being honest, they would have said so up front: posting about direct moderator action can also lead to a ban. And trust me, THIS is a topic certain people and a certain company want squelched.
true, on pc, you can report via the bnet client but how do mobile players do it btw?
because i’ve been banned within a few minutes (without insulting though)
and you can also see their status on psc, same on bnet, even if the guy isn’t in your friendlist, you can see his status in the discussion window

Hearthstone can’t even fix bugs that they said were fixed.
They will never address toxic players.
Certain words should be banned from the chat. I had someone say “kys” to me because they lost a game.
You are easily hurt, find a cave and make sure blizzard is guarding the entrance from “toxic intruders!!”
