After I quasar if i use Gear Shift to draw the cards drawn from Gear Shift are not discounted.

Are you saying
-you play quasar
-draw some number of cards gear shift two cards back into deck
-two cards gear shift put back into deck revert cost when redrawn
if so working as intended no bug
or are you saying
-you play quasar
-draw some number of cards gear shift two cards back into deck
-cards drawn off of gear shift not discounted
This would be bug
important note
gear shift puts the cards back in the deck before you draw
you can redraw the same cards you just put into your deck
