Proposal for rework "Eternal" Cards in Battlegrounds

Hello, I would like to present a full design proposal for an “Eternal” cards rework for Hearthstone Battlegrounds. The concept introduces a new global mechanic called Eternity, which scales Eternal units.

CORE SYSTEM - ETERNITY (E). Eternity (E) is a global counter that affects all minions with the Eternal tag. Eternity is tracked globally (board, hand, Tavern).

ETERNAL KNIGHT - T3

Type: Undead / Eternal

Base Stats: 4/1

Card Text: Whenever an Eternal Knight dies, gain +1 Eternity. This minion gains +4/+1 for each point of Eternity. Golden Version: Generates +2 Eternity on death.

ETERNAL TYCOON - T5

Type: Undead / Eternal

Base Stats: 2/9

Card Text: Avenge (5): Summon an Eternal Knight. It attacks immediately. E ≥ 10: The summoned Knight gains Taunt. E ≥ 20: The summoned Knight gains Reborn. E ≥ 40: The summoned Knight keeps Taunt after Reborn. Golden Version: Avenge summons two Eternal Knights instead of one.

ETERNAL SUMMONER - T6

Type: Undead / Eternal

Base Stats: 8/1

Card Text: Deathrattle: Summon an Eternal Knight. Start of combat: For every 40 E, the knight’s attack ignores the taunt. E ≥ 20: Eternal Summoner gains Avenge (4): Eternal Summoner gains Reborn. Golden Version: Deathrattle summons a Golden Eternal Knight.

Scaling happens through combat and threshold-based upgrades. Clear power spikes at 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 Eternity. Thank you for your consideration.

Interesting but they tend to keep games as simple as possible. So adding more text and things to track goes against that philosophy. However if you want to get this seen i would post it in the subreddit or Twitter. Developers don’t look or respond here.
