After watching 4+Hrs on HS Twitch Content Creator who has Drops Enabled. Twitch shows claiming FITB pack available. However, after connecting Twitch to Blizzard and vice versa, no packs show up in HS user account. Is there something wrong with this system?

I have the same problem. My twitch account shows that I earned 2 packs, but I only received one in the game.

Yup i claimed them on twitch , but they dont show in the game
Was coming to report this same thing. I claimed both pack drops on Friday, and I never got the second pack. Seems like it might not be really wide spread based on the small number of posts here, but maybe big enough to look into and fix? Otherwise I will flip out over not getting my free stuff that I earned for doing something I’d probably have done anyway.
Same issue. Twitch is showing that I earned them and now shows a checkbox after claiming them, but neither pack has shown in game yet.
I watched more than 4 hours (like 8 hours) of the YouTube streams and only got 1 pack
