You can post links if you “deactivate” them, like this: www.fakewebsite.com/donotclickthis.
This link is not live. You cannot click it and go there immediately. But you can copy it and paste it in a browser window. Active links are only allowed for a very few specific domains.
To post a deactivated link, simply enclose it in backtick characters (or select it and then click the “Preformatted Text” button - the one that shows the symbol </>
