Parade Leader Bug?

During a game I dropped parade leader out and then used Runic Carvings to summon 4 rush totems. I had 7 mana and carvings was 5 mana due to a Nature studies that was used a few hands prior. Parade leader did not buff +2 attack to any of the rush totems (4 of them) that were summoned. Clearly this is a bug?

It was me vs another druid. He dropped Silas Darkmoon the previous turn.

I just experienced this today. A non-dev responded to another post on this same topic by saying that the totems that get summoned are plain 2/2’s that then have the Rush buff applied to them. It technically makes sense why the Parade Leader effect wouldn’t trigger, but it’s unintuitive and should be changed IMO.
