Why can I not find card pool changes after closing the window? I clicked play too fast and the window popped up, but going back I can’t find anywhere in game or online that gives an update on card pool changes. Apexis and the Skele guy popped up so I assume they’re out until they are changed, but why don’t we have a spot in game to open news/messages somewhere?

Its in the bug report forum “Highlights and known issues” thread under the “bans” twisty.
I do wish they would consistently make announcements in “Community Discussion” when making changes. Sometimes they do and sometimes they don’t.
They only updated it this morning, like 15 hours after the ban occured

To be clear, I totally agree with the OP’‘s general complaint. It can be really hard to find what’s been updated and the “pop-ups” are easy to skip over (and they disappear immediately). In one recent case, I was really glad I play regularly on EU and NA because I clicked through the pop-up in one region and missed the content. Alerted that there was a change, I was a lot more careful in the other region.
Sometimes 3rd party sites have information on the updates too but I have no idea why they can’t consistently make timely announcements in the forums.
why ? hes lying when he says “no way to check card pool” i dont see how anyone could agree with the complaint
they added one several patches ago and when they ban sometihng you see the word "banned " over it
even if you close the pop up all you have to do is check the card pool for your current run if the tribe with a banned card is in it youll see it
for example if mech is in the pool youll see apexis guardian is banned

Edit: you’re talking about the in game card pool. But I’m talking about outside of a match when there’s news pop ups.
Because you shouldn’t have to enter a game and check for the entire library to see if and which minion got banned, not mentionning you have to do this every single game until you’ve covered the 10 minion types since you can’t see the minions that are not in your current tavern pool
If they bothered to give you a pop-up in the menu you should be able to view it again from the menu, not during hero select
I mean it’s been a decade that they have the technology to open a pop-up with the latest news. Being able to re-open it at will has been a QoL request for years and it’s baffling to me that they did not implement such mainstream feature.
Back in the days they had an excuse with the menu being “hard codded” making it extremely dififcult to add or move buttons (from their own saying). But they eventually reworked it to get flexibility. If they can add an animated button for the darkmoon faire, they can add a button for the latest news.
