Interestingly, I see this as a small nerf to classes who like to use weapons.
What I mean is that if this is a generically useful card that every deck would want to run, then classes like Warrior and DH suffer a bit from not being able to use it really, lest their weapon slot be taken up for 4+ turns while they wait for it to get value.
