“reborn” is just trying to generate buzz for an effect that’s already prevalent within the game. Seems very silly to me and I wish they would focus on other things.
Unless “reborn” is somehow silence immune it may as well be just another deathrattle.

Well, I wouldn’t be surprised to see one or more cards that combine Reborn and Deathrattle with separate effects.
And if you look at the one reborn card already released, it’s an card that can have an immediate effect regardless of silence (because it has rush), and that would also require a bit of extra work creating a separate 3/1 Rush minion to attach to the deathrattle if you wanted to build it in the pre-existing fashion.
So, I think there’s room for Reborn to do something different, but I do agree there needs to be some work put in to make it feel really different from what Deathrattle can already do.
